Do I need to preregister for a class? – No, just come about 10 minutes early for your first class to complete some brief paperwork.
Do I need to bring anything with me? – No, we have all of the yoga equipment you need including brand new thick mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, etc. but you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you want.
What should I wear? – We always recommend dressing in layers so you can make adjustments for your comfort and bring a bottle of water.
Do I need experience? – No worries, we love beginners and we always offer modifications to accommodate all levels of experience and fitness.
